Round Hatch

The folding Xplora hatch lid is an 8 inch inspection hatch with a lid that can be opened and closed by folding on a hinge system. The front of the lid is closed by a small twist latch. This lid is an alternative to the screw in type lid for ease of use. This hatch lid can be retrofitted to any stealth kayak with a twist hatch as the size is slightly bigger than the older type. The original cut out would need to be made slightly bigger for the hatch to fit neatly.

The BG twist hatch is standard issue on many fishing skis, the 6 inch model is the hatch used on livewells and the 8 inch model is the standard rear dry hatch.
